  I walked in the store where I was approached by Toby who told me that she needed my backpack because no backpacks are allowed in the store. I refused to surrender my purse to Toby and asked to see the store policy. She didn't have this store policy(because there clearly isn't one) so she called a manager over and the manager saw my purse and said it was fine. This situation upset me because while I acknowledge that there are those that steal, you shouldn't target customers as though that's their intention. It's just not right. I shop at marcs in Lakewood all the time and I never had this issue before. Id also like to point out that there is a difference between a actually book bag and a book bag that's a purse and Toby should be taught the difference before she targets customers. DO BETTER
